2. Should you wish to terminate our services while the project is active, you will receive a refund for the remaining balance of your order. Funds for the work already completed will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Projects, whether active, on hold, in-progress, or completed, are not eligible for a partial or full refund if payment was made 90 days ago or more.

1. If the client’s designated website fails to rank within 30 days after completing all assigned deliverables for the project, UpliftTec will not hold the client liable for payment and will refund the entire payment amount, including transaction charges.
2. Clients must initiate the money-back guarantee process within 60 days from the project completion date. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

Recurring Payment Policy
UpliftTec’s Internet Marketing Services are structured on a monthly and/or prepaid time recurring basis unless specified otherwise in writing. Certain Web Design and Development projects, based on their length, complexity, and duration, may also be subject to recurring monthly payments.

In the absence of client feedback within 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever occurs first), UpliftTec retains the right to retain the project cost, as resources are pre-allocated for the project’s entirety. Changes to Website META Tags
Altering website templates, designs, or META tags can impact rankings and traffic. Clients are urged not to modify META details or content without prior consultation. UpliftTec disclaims responsibility for any loss of rankings or traffic resulting from changes made by any party.
Search Engine Penalties
UpliftTec will not be held accountable if a client’s website incurs penalties from search engines. We strictly adhere to white-hat SEO practices and always seek client approval before making website changes. Any search engine penalties incurred are the sole responsibility of the client.
